I am an experienced Technical Writer and Trainer, having started my writing career in 1984 when I joined a team documenting a military communications system. Since then I have worked on telecoms systems, nuclear power stations, hotel entertainment systems, and power-distribution management systems - to mention but a few!
I have worked as a permanent employee for a number of major computing companies (DEC, HP, and Agilent Technologies), but now work as a freelance writer in the Edinburgh area, with clients such as Wood Mackenzie, Verifone, Aridhia Informatics, SanDisk, ETV, EDF Energy, and GE Energy.
